What They Do

Real estate sales agents guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their livesβ€”buying or selling property. They spend their days researching available properties, conducting market analyses to determine fair prices, and meeting with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and budgets. Agents arrange and lead property showings, pointing out features and answering questions about neighborhoods, schools, and local amenities. When clients find a property they want, agents negotiate offers and counteroffers, working to get the best deal possible while managing everyone's expectations.
